Course Description

This online module addresses the basics of communication including structure and patterns of communication, factors that influence communication and how to be aware of, tools for a better communication (with patient and colleagues).

Objectives

• Acquire knowledge to communicate with colleagues and/or patients;
• Understand the factors that influence communication (positively or negatively)
